Born in 1999, and raised in WenZhou (China), Ted(Wang Zheng)'s practice shifts between animation, performance and filmmaking. His work often takes a structural, cryptic perspective on intimacy, identity, and their changing forms in heterogeneous space.He graduated in East of China Normal University with a degree in Digital Art and has studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art in the USA and Kingston University in the UK. And he is currently pursuing a degree in Art Theory at ECNU.His works have been shortlisted for FUSE film under severe experiment festival, JHU-MICA Student Film Festival, DongZhou International Animation Film Festival, Fenaki Animation Week, Hangzhou Youth Film Project Golden Lotus Award Short Films, and the 20th Animation Academy Award of Beijing Film Academy, etc.
